Outback Steakhouse Boca Raton is officially back — and the Boca Burger Battle is already planning the first visit. The iconic Australian-themed steakhouse chain opens a brand-new location at 8841 Glades Road tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 3 PM, bringing its full Outback menu — including the legendary Bloomin’ Burger — back to West Boca after a six-year absence.

The Bloomin’ Burger Is Back — And We’re Going to Try It

Boca Raton has been without an Outback Steakhouse since the previous location closed around 2020. That wait ends Tuesday. The new restaurant sits at Glades Road and Lyons Road — near Michael’s and TJ Maxx — making it one of the most convenient new dining spots on the west side of Boca Raton. Whether you’re searching for Outback near me or a solid spot for a weeknight dinner, this one checks the box.

The burger we’re most interested in? The Bloomin’ Burger — a half-pound beef patty loaded with crispy Bloomin’ Onion petals, American cheese, pickles, lettuce, onion, tomato, and Outback’s signature spicy bloom sauce. It’s bold, stacked, and exactly the kind of burger that catches the attention of competition judges. The 13th Annual Boca Burger Battle goes down on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Sanborn Square Park in downtown Boca Raton — and every year, South Florida’s best burger makers compete for the title of Grill Master in front of a panel of expert Grill Master Judges.
